"Warranty stuff was actually clear"
I ordered from rivelathletics.com the warranty and guarantee info was easy to get. It wasn’t buried somewhere weird or written in that confusing fine-print style. Basically, I could see what was covered before I checked out, which made me feel a lot better about buying. I haven’t had to use the warranty or anything yet, but just having it laid out upfront is a solid plus.

I bought a hoodie from them and it feels good. The material is comfy, and I like knowing they actually care about fair production and cutting down on waste. Shipping was totally fine too, nothing crazy but it got here when expected. Definately happy with it overall.

"Unexpected customs fee caught me off guard"
I ordered from outside the US and, I don’t know, I guess I should’ve expected shipping to take a bit, but it definitely took longer than I had in mind. Then when it finally arrived, I had to pay an extra customs fee, which was kind of frustrating because I didn’t feel like that was made super obvious at checkout. The product itself is fine, nothing really wrong with it, but the whole waiting and then surprise extra cost thing made the experience more annoying than I expected

"Customer service took its sweet time"
I ordered from Rivel Athletics and the product itself was totally fine, so no complaints there. But trying to get help with my tracking was a bit of a waiting game, because apparently replying within a reasonable time is optional. I sent a message and didn’t hear back for a couple days. They did eventually respond and were polite, which I appreciated, but the speed was definitely not their strongest event. Not a disaster, just something they could improve if they answered a little faster

Checkout was quick, and I liked that they gave a few different payment options. some sites make paying way more complicated than it needs to be, but this one went smoothly for me with no issues.

"Soft, comfy workout shirt"
I’m picky about workout tops, and this one actually feels really nice. The fabric is soft and doesn’t have that cheap feel at all, which I appreciate. It has a good amount of stretch and moves well during workouts. I will say it’s a little thinner than I personally expected, but not enough to make me dislike it. Overall, I’m happy with it and would still wear it regularly

I picked these up a little while ago, maybe a few weeks back or sometime last month, and they’ve been great so far. The fabric feels sturdy, not cheap, and the stitching looks really clean. I’ve washed them a handful of times already and they still fit the same, which is always a good sign

I really liked the vibe of rivelathletics. It’s simple but still feels fresh, and the product pages were super easy to browse. The colors and layout are clean without being too much, which I appreciate lol. Found what I was looking for quickly. Overall, just a nice-looking shop imo.

"Shipping cost was easy to spot"
I was kind of relieved right away when the shipping cost showed up before I had to place the order. I hate getting to the last step and suddenly seeing some random extra charge. Delivery wasn’t exactly lightning fast, so I knocked off a star for that, but overall it felt fair and straightforward
